Vacancies were posted online - and then it was mostly hope.

The employer branding campaign went back to the drawing board. Together with the team, the story was sharpened, recalibrated and converted into concrete expressions.
No empty promises, but an authentic message that appeals to candidates - and that is already starting to bear fruit.
The recruitment system was also given a makeover.
There will now be a platform that VB Group:
- works more efficiently
- collects data that works
- and has a process that grows with the organization
No more loose Excel sheets. No more endless emails.
But insight, overview and grip.
And the culture changed too.
Recruitment is no longer something you "just do".
It is now seen as a profession. As a system. As a crucial link in the growth of the company.
What this shows
Change doesn't start with tools.
It starts with someone who takes ownership.
Who has the guts to say, "This can be done better." And then also shows how.
